It's here, and it's only a question of time before someone we know, either a friend, a neighbor, or a customer, is diagnosed with it.  What to do?

We have always kept a clean environment, using Chlorox wipes throughout the shop.  We will continue to do so on a daily basis.  

Classes will stay on the schedule, but we are waiving our no-refund/exchange policy.  If you feel unwell or are just uncomfortable being in a group setting, just email us ASAP.  We'll credit the class fee to your account for use at a later date.

We have the ability to communicate with you via Facetime, Alexa, Skype, Slack, Messenger, Instagram, Facebook, and pretty much any other platform available.  Or, you can just call the shop.  Let us know what your fiber emergency is, and we'll do our best to help.

If you are at high-risk for the virus, we are offering private shopping time at 10:30am before the shop opens to the public on days when we are regularly open. Please email or call to reserve your spot as those are first-come, first-served.

We're sticking to our regular schedule for now.  If you decide to come in, we encourage you to use your  phone's NFC capabilities to pay rather than with cards - no need to touch the keypad or have us touch your card.  We wipe down the card reader after every use, but it's better not to touch it in the first place.  If you're unfamiliar with how to set up NFC payments, Google "set up GooglePay" if you have an Android, or "set up ApplePay" if you have an iPhone.  It's super simple!

And, don't forget that handwashing is probably the best action we can all take right now.  That, and staying calm.  We're all in this together (just from a distance of 6' or more).
