Come join us for an introduction to knitting! We'll start you on the basic skills that you need as a knitter!  You'll learn about casting on, casting off, the knit stitch and the purl stitch.  Along the way, you'll learn about yarn, needles, gauge, and blocking.

Required materials - bring your own or purchase the kit: 

  • 1 16" or longer circular needle, size 8 (5mm)
  • 1 skein worsted weight yarn
  • Tapestry needle
  • Scissors
