Shipping & Returns

International

  • We don't ship outside the US. Please do not mark you order as "Local Pickup," then contact us to arrange international shipping.  We will cancel and refund your order, less a 20% restocking fee.  
  • We do not ship to US-based consolidators who then forward the shipments. Such orders will be canceled and refunded, less a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping

  • We process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. 
  • $7 flat-rate US shipping or FREE on orders over $150.
  • Free Local Pickup (in store) available at checkout.  If you select this option in an attempt to work around our international shipping parameters, there is a restocking fee of 20%.

Returns:

  • No returns or exchanges.

Cancellations:

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled unless there is a substantial delay (3 months or more) after the posted due date.  The supply chain is still somewhat tenuous.  We ship out pre-orders as soon as we receive them.
