Lecture: 11am
Trunk show: 11:30 to 2pm
Please join us for a trunk show with Amy and Scooter Pie of Ross Farm, a family farm that has has been in continuous operation for over 100 years.
This is an incredible opportunity to meet the farmers and is a can't-miss event if you are interested in US grown, humanely sourced wool. Every skein of yarn from Ross Farm is labeled with the photo and name of the sheep from whom the fiber was obtained. The yarn is minimally processed and undyed. It doesn't get more authentic.
We'll start the morning at 11am with an instructional introduction to rare breed sheep, and uses for heritage wool. Got questions about sheep? About wool? About farming in the 21st century? Amy and ScooterPie can explain it all to you! Please join us!
